After unsuccessfully trying to sell my condo by owner (twice), they were there for me in an instant, answering questions before Ieven officially hired them. They are a "full service" team - from designing and implementing a custom staging plan, to adding the small details that made a big difference. Their professional photographer also did an excellent job maximizing all the best features, not the least of which is the view! They immediately hosted an open house, both virtually and in person, all the while being mindful of Covid restrictions. Four days after listing, we had five offers! Their spreadsheet was a big help in reviewing the bidding. Dawn and Breana made the entire process seamless, and best of all, painless.
