Breana & Dawn make a great team. We decided to list our condo on a Thursday and make a final decision after the weekend activity, which included an open house. We received 11offers during this short window. Breana and Dawn assisted us in breaking down the offers and accepting an offer that was well above our listing price. Breana and Dawn's marketing strategy, which included a staging plan, pictures and video of our home were all outstanding. From the very beginning they responded quickly to all of our questions, and there were a lot of them. Breana and Dawn are the epitome of true professionals. We put our trust in them and would again.

Oh my goodness! What to say??? We live in Ohio. Dawn and Breana took care of everything, and I do mean everything. They listed, staged, videoed and launched the entire sale in about 48 hours. They had a short window to work with and "hit it out of the park". We went live on a Tuesday at 2:00PM. They had 6 full price offers and higher by 8:00PM that night. By Saturday noon we had over 20 showings and 13 contracts at asking price and WAY beyond. If I had another property to sell, I would not hesitate to call Dawn and Breana. ***** 5 Stars all the way........
