Dawn and Breana came highly recommended, but really exceeded all expectations. Their knowledge of the local market, especially the condominium comps in this area, facilitated effective pricing and marketing. I still can't believe how quickly we obtained a generous offer and quickly closed. I was arranging the sale on behalf of my mother. I am not a local resident so I needed someone with knowledge of the local market and able to advise and recommend people to perform services related to the sale. The staging plan they drafted, and crews they recommended to prep the condo for sale, really paid dividends in the end. From cleaning and handyman repair personnel, to the title company they used, professionalism was the theme. The compensation requested by these third parties for services performed was more than fair. I can't thank Dawn and Breana enough.
